Training and Reference
All our systems are designed to be simple and easy to use for all ages. We will also provide you with initial training on the operation of your system and provide you with quick reference cards for your convenience.
Personal Evaluation
Next we allow a period of weeks for you to thoroughly test your system, report on any problems and request any changes to the functions that don't quite match what you need. Once you make your report we make the changes as required.
Updates, Maintenance and After sales support
Once everything is to your liking you can rest assured that we are always on hand to respond quickly and efficiently to your problems or requests both through online system updates and traditional visits to your home.
